The Sirloin is an extremely popular steak cut, perhaps the most common and the perfect accompanying roast for the Christmas table this year.

Our beef is left to age and mature for a minimum of 21 days in our dry ageing chamber. Our chamber is fitted with Himalayan Salt bricks which help to reduce humidity by absorbing excess moisture in the air while helping to break down the protein fibres in the meat. This process produces a more tender and succulent steak for our customers.
