If you are looking for a prime cut to roast off this Christmas then you wont be disappointed by the Ribeye. With plenty of natural fats running through this cut it is sure to be very tender and full of flavour.

Our beef is left to age and mature for a minimum of 21 days in our dry ageing chamber. Our chamber is fitted with Himalayan Salt bricks which help to reduce humidity by absorbing excess moisture in the air while helping to break down the protein fibres in the meat. This process produces a more tender and succulent steak for our customers.
