The Fillet of Beef is the most expensive and sought after cut. We will hand cut you a piece from the centre barrel; the most juicy and tender section of the fillet!

Our beef is left to age and mature for a minimum of 21 days in our dry ageing chamber. Our chamber is fitted with Himalayan Salt bricks which help to reduce humidity by absorbing excess moisture in the air while helping to break down the protein fibres in the meat. This process produces a more tender and succulent steak for our customers.
