Description
The Sirloin; cut from the short loin, is perhaps the most popular steak around. While it is a leaner cut than the Ribeye it is still extremely tender and packs plenty of flavour.
Our steak meat comes from a few trusted sources across Perthshire and Aviemore. The beef is left to age and mature for a minimum of 21 days in our dry ageing chamber before steaking to ensure the meat is tender and flavoursome.
