Description
The Ribeye; cut from the Rib, is seen as a very tender and perhaps the most flavoursome prime cut thanks to the extra marbling of fat it has running through the meat.
Our steak meat comes from a few trusted sources across Perthshire and Aviemore. The beef is left to age and mature for a minimum of 21 days in our dry ageing chamber before steaking to ensure the meat is tender and flavoursome.
