As we all know the amount of time spent in social areas or interacting with one and other is to be kept to a minimum.
With that being said we would like you to help us keep our drivers at a distance when delivering your pack. To do this our driver will phone you before he arrives to be sure you are home at the right time. On arriving at the address we would like our driver to leave your pack at the door without having to wait for you to answer. This can be agreed and discussed when our driver phones you.
If you have a designated area for leaving the goods or if our driver needs access to a flat/ apartment block, this can all be arranged during the call. Our drivers will be sanitising their hands before and after each drop they do to further reduce the chance of spreading the virus.

When can I receive delivery or come and collect my Christmas order?
We are delivering and offering collection of all Christmas orders this year on and between Monday 21st – Thursday 24th December
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Yes you can make changes to your delivery address up to Friday 18th December. please call our office on 0141 336 6543 (weekdays 9am-3pm) and we will see what we can do. Please specify that you are an online/ home delivery customer.
I chose delivery but can I change it to collection?

PACKAGING & DELIVERY
How will my order be packaged?
All meat products will be vacuum sealed, perfect for storage in a home fridge until its time to cook! As a business we aim to be as sustainable as possible and therefore minimise the level of packaging where it is possible and safe to do so.
Do you deliver in cardboard boxes?
As part of our company’s sustainability pledge we aim to reduce and eliminate all unnecessary packaging from our operation. Therefore, we will be delivering your hamper in eco-friendly, re-useable baskets. This will also minimise the waste you have in your home.
How will the delivery driver maintain a safe distance when delivering my hamper?
Our drivers are always fully understanding of the need to keep a safe distance throughout the delivery process. They will knock, leave your delivery at the front door (unless specified to leave elsewhere) and take a few steps back allowing you to safely collect your goods. As their may be one or more baskets used as part of the delivery the driver will happily wait for you to unload the goods into the home before you return the basket to the front door. Once the door is closed and it is safe to do so our driver will then retrieve the basket.
